Who is this? (Riddle poem)

The prompt today was to write a poem with a riddle in it. So, can you guess who this is?

Who is this at my windowsill?
He seems to have a chubby build.
He has huge eyes
that looks so wise.
He's come from the hill,
after a dinner of fish n mice.
As I went near him,
with the lights so dim,
he flew into the night,
proving he still has his sight.
Can you tell him to come by, again, tonight?
